Worked example
On a ₪100.00 bill, 10% is ₪10.00, so you would hand over ₪110.00.
Tour guides
On a “free” walking tour, the tip is the fare: about ₪50.00 per person.
On a paid tour, 10%–15% of the price on top.
Expected, and guiding is a licensed profession here — day tours are tipped near the top of that range.
