At restaurants
What is customary: Service is usually already on the bill
Worked example
On a HK$500.00 bill, 5% is HK$25.00, so you would hand over HK$525.00.

On a paid tour, 10% of the price on top.
Normal for guides even though restaurants add service. Cash, at the end.
